CatStock was founded by Logan Chesebro and his father, John Chesebro, out of a shared love for music, community, and—of course—cats. What began as a small local fundraiser has grown into a yearly celebration that unites people across Central New York for a day of live music, food, vendors, raffles, and family fun—all to support our feline friends.

Every dollar raised at CatStock goes directly toward local cat shelters and community programs. Over the years, we’ve proudly donated to incredible organizations such as Finnland’s Fosters, Oneida Community Cat Committee, Operation Wildcat, Wanderers’ Rest Humane Association, and many more. These groups provide vital services including rescue, adoption, medical care, and Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) programs that help manage and protect community cat populations.

At its heart, CatStock is more than just a music festival—it’s a movement built on compassion, collaboration, and community spirit. Logan and John, alongside a dedicated team of volunteers and supporters, continue to grow the event each year with one simple mission:
to make Central New York a better place for cats and the people who love them. 🎶🐾
